Renewal of Securities Dealer Registration Certificate
:
(1) Within thirty days from the end of each financial year, the securities trader shall renew the securities trader registration certificate by submitting an application to the Board in the format specified in Schedule-15 along with the fee specified in Schedule-12 for the renewal of the securities trader registration certificate.
(2) If the securities trader fails to renew the registration certificate within the period as per sub-rule (1), the relevant securities trader shall apply to the board for the renewal of the securities trader certificate within 6 months from the date of expiry of such period, along with an additional fee of twenty five percent thereof. (3) If the securities trader does not submit an application for the renewal of the securities business registration certificate within the period specified in sub-rule (2), the board will cancel the securities business registration certificate of such securities trader.
